My attraction to architecture was shaped from an early age by simple yet meaningful experiences—such as building medieval castles with wooden blocks, attempting to construct my own Eiffel Tower with playing cards, and beginning to grasp the complexity of such structures. At the time, I had no understanding of the architectural breakthroughs behind this iconic steel monument from the late 19th century. I also photographed iconic Parisian landmarks from a péniche boat on the Seine with my first Polaroid, unknowingly absorbing the Haussmannian, Classical, Gothic, Baroque, and Contemporary architectural styles.

 

I discovered the world of Impressionism, Post-Impressionism, Realism, and Symbolism when the Orsay Museum first opened. I got lost in the Centre Pompidou, Les Halles, the Louvre, and the Gardens of Versailles, and became fascinated by the blending of modern and classical architecture—evident in landmarks such as the Pompidou Center, the Les Halles Center, the Opéra Bastille, the Louvre Pyramid, the Buren Columns, the Paris Bercy Music Hall, the La Défense district with its modern arch, and, more recently, the new concert hall and the Fondation Louis Vuitton.

 

And of course, countless walks through both paved and unpaved paths around the world have allowed me to observe the interactions of people, nature, sounds, smells, and light within both modern and underprivileged urban quarters.

Architecture is a new journey for me, drawing inspiration from my European artistic culture, my Oriental origins, and the vibrant yet minimalist experiences I encountered in Africa and Asia. This journey is supported by my background in Architecture & Interior Design Engineering, scientific studies, and years of high-tech experience, during which I contributed to the telecommunications and web revolution, all with the simple objective of building a better world.

 

This site marks the beginning of my new journey, and I truly hope to enrich it with new projects soon that will reflect how my diverse experiences, multidisciplinary approach, and dedication to excellence can bring fresh perspectives and creative solutions to the world of architecture.
